We strongly support breast feeding during infancy and vaccinations throughout childhood into adulthood as a means of health promotion and disease prevention. At our office visits, we follow growth and development of infants,
children, and adolescents and provide evidence-based information on a broad range of pediatric health and disease concerns.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce my office has closed permanently. Due
to unforeseen circumstances, and after careful deliberation, I have decided to
retire and close my practice. I assure you that this decision was not
made lightly, and I am deeply saddened that I will no longer be able to serve
you and our community as a pediatrician.
Important Information Regarding Patient Records
Effective June 17, 2024, your health records from this Practice will be
transferred to Morgan Records Management, LLC (the “Records Custodian”).
The Records Custodian will continue to maintain your records in accordance
with applicable confidentiality and security standards and with other
applicable laws. Your records will be destroyed no less than six years
after the last date of services you received from this Practice, although most
records will be held for at least 10 years from the date of last service, and
the records of minors will be maintained for six years after the patient turns
18. If you wish to have a copy of your records sent to you or to another
provider or facility, you may submit a written request to this office at this
time, or to the Records Custodian starting June 17, 2024. Requests to
the Records Custodian, after the Effective date should be directed to:

copying and transmittal of the records.

I would like to thank you for your time and the trust you have given me during
our many years of operation in Chestertown. Taking care of your family was an
honor and a privilege for me and my staff. My years here have been filled with
countless rewarding experiences and the most remarkable patients. These shared
moments will be remembered fondly, and will always be with me.
