MEET THE DOCTOR

Dr. Julio A. Ramirez

Dr. Ramirez is a native of El Salvador; he is bilingual, fluent and written in both English and Spanish. He graduated from La Universidad Evangelica de El Salvador in 1988 and trained in general surgery at the Military and Rosales Hospitals respectively. After moving to the United States, Dr. Ramirez pursued and completed training in Pediatrics at the Children's Medical Center of Brooklyn. He has been a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 2004, and he was recertified in December of 2014. He opened his Chestertown office in June of 1999, and due to the increasing demand of patients, opened his Centreville office in 2004. After ten successful years of serving in Centreville, he moved this office to Queenstown at the Shore Medical Pavilion in February of 2015, where he will continue to provide the highest quality care to his patients and the community.
